- II blood group… People with this blood group, on the other hand, need to eat a lot of carbohydrates in the form of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. It is recommended to completely abandon meat, poultry and dairy products. Fish and seafood can be eaten occasionally.

- III blood group… People of this blood group are allowed meat, milk and carbohydrates in the form of vegetables and fruits. But it is better to refuse wheat products and legumes.
- IV blood group… People with this blood group are not allowed red meat and legumes. But you can eat fruits, vegetables, poultry, white meat and seafood.
How much can you lose on a diet by blood type
If you adhere to all permissions and prohibitions for blood type, you can lose up to 5 kilograms per month. This is a healthy pace of weight loss favored by nutritionists.

There are no other restrictions on the weight of portions and their size, the diet does not.
