A lighter version of the watermelon diet menu
1st BREAKFAST: a plate of oatmeal, boiled in water, and 1 slice of cheese.
2nd BREAKFAST: 500 g watermelon.
DINNER: 170 g of boiled or steamed lean fish, beef or chicken, a plate of vegetable salad, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
DINNER: watermelon - 500 g.
Contraindications for the watermelon diet
Keep in mind that the watermelon diet (in any form) is not suitable for everyone. For example, for some diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, doctors do not recommend eating watermelons, since they contain a large amount of coarse fiber. In such cases, it is recommended to drink only watermelon juice.
Large quantities of watermelon may be contraindicated for high blood pressure, liver, kidney, pancreas, gout, and obesity. Before starting to lose weight, be sure to consult with your doctor.
