The psychological reality "Supermama" continues on the air of the STB TV channel. And this week Dmitry Karpachev, together with the project, went to Kharkov to study the methods of raising Kharkov mothers.
The hearth keeper Luda impressed everyone with her approach to the household. At 21, the girl devotes herself entirely to the family, but her ideas about the hearth, as it turned out, are far from modern approaches. And the most important object around which the life of this family is built is food.
Dmitry Karpachev commented on this approach.
Our parents fed us fatty and fried foods, accustomed us to rich meals and generally made mistakes in the diet. But only because they themselves did not know how it could be correct, and earlier this was considered the norm. But today the topic of nutrition is quite extensively discussed, and there is just a lot of information in the public domain, what is useful and what is not.
Consciously ignoring healthy eating is the choice of Luda. But she is raising a little daughter and is responsible for her health and eating habits. Our ancestors did give babies fat, but only to alleviate some of the discomfort in the mouth during the growth of teeth. But this does not mean that a one-year-old daughter needs to be fed lard, dumplings and liver cake. WHO has clear dietary guidelines to follow.

In addition, Luda is firmly convinced that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. But if we talk about satisfying physiological needs, then, in addition to food, sex is also important in the life of an ordinary person. The wife should check with her husband what is more important to him: that he be fed, or that they have a good time together. Luda allowed the situation to develop in such a way that now the man perceives her as domestic staff: to clean up and cook.
It so happened that the relatives kept telling Lyudmila their rules all their lives: the husband must be fed; a woman should not walk with anyone other than her family; as my husband said, so be it.
But a healthy independent person has every right not to adhere to those rules that he does not like. On the contrary, everyone has the right to be respected. One may not agree with this point of view, but everyone deserves respect.
Watch the Supermama show from Monday to Thursday at 18:15 on STB.
