Bonn soup
Also known as celery soup. It breaks down fats and helps you lose up to 7 kilograms per week.

Ingredients:
- celery root - 200 gr.
- green beans - 400 gr.
- head of cabbage
- carrots - 6 pcs.t
- bell pepper 2 pcs.
- tomatoes 6 pcs.
- onions - 6 pcs.
- Tomato juice - 1.5 l.
Finely chop the vegetables and pour over the tomato juice. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes over high heat and another 10 over low heat.
Onion soup

Ingredients:
- onions - 6 pcs.
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- celery - bunch
- hot pepper - 1 pc.
- cabbage - 0.5 small head of cabbage
Chop vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
The soup can be consumed in any quantity throughout the week: on the first day, fruits are allowed, on the second and third - vegetables, on the fourth - vegetables and fruits, on the fifth and sixth - lean meat and salad, on the seventh - rice and fresh juices.
Tomato soup
This soup helps to cope with hunger and improves mood.

Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- celery - 300 gr.
- broccoli - 500 gr.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- carrots - 1pc.
Chop the vegetables and cook until the celery is tender (until it becomes soft). Take as lunch and dinner.
Cabbage soup
Cabbage speeds up the stomach and metabolism, such a soup can deprive you of 5 kilograms in just a week.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 1 head of cabbage
- leeks - 2 stalks
- carrots - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
Chop all vegetables and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is cooked. There is soup at least 2 times a day.
Cucumber soup
This is a low-calorie soup that saturates and boosts metabolism.

Ingredients:
- cucumber
- Dill
- clove of garlic
- kefir - 1 glass
Peel the cucumber, beat in a blender with dill, kefir and garlic. Eat as dinner and lunch.
