A modern apartment in a new building, in which a young couple lives, has become an ideal springboard for a loft style. Despite the fact that this direction is considered brutal, designer Galina Arabskaya suggested that the owners make the interior cozy and emotional.
The designer brought emotions to the interior due to interesting details, and the atmosphere of comfort was created thanks to the competent division of space. The fact is that this apartment has a non-standard layout, and the architect was faced with the task of combining the guest and work areas, leaving air and light from the large windows.

The kitchen and the living room were not completely demarcated, but a partition with sliding doors resembling a window appeared. By spreading them apart during a family dinner, you can, for example, watch a movie on the big screen of your home theater at the island table.

Especially for this, a niche is provided in the ceiling above the desk in the room for mounting the screen canvas, and a projector on a bracket is installed in front of the sliding system.

The kitchen island table top, which serves as a dining table, is made of natural steel gray labradorite. Previously, this high-quality facing stone was mainly used in monumental architecture. But the designer suggested using it in a living space.

The dynamism of the interior is given by black and white tiles with striped rhombuses, laid on the floor in the kitchen area and in the hallway. Since there is a laminate on the floor in the room, the tile acts as both a decorative and a zoning element of the furnishings. It effectively contrasts with the violet blue furniture fronts.

The industrial flavor of the loft is created in the corridor due to lighting: lamps with long wires are fixed on a massive blackened metal frame. The tiles for the uniformity of style are chosen for the floor the same as in the kitchen.

There is even wood and metal in the bathroom with a shower corner on the podium. Bath towels can be hung directly on the steel pipe.

The large double bed was made to order from solid oak. Long-lasting natural material will serve the owners for many years. In this model, the carved elements are perfectly combined with the fabric decorated with the so-called carriage brace - capitonné.

The classic bed has moved from a former apartment. The designer has entered the furniture so that it does not seem alien, but becomes a natural stylistic continuation of the interior.

A small table in the bedroom can play the role of both a workman and a dressing one. For this, a large round mirror was hung over it, with a sconce illuminated on both sides. As in the living room, there is a model on wheels, but only more compact.
