Perform each exercise for 1 minute, then 1 minute of rest and repeat the circle two more times. A total of 5 exercises per minute is 5 minutes multiplied by three circles - just 15 minutes a day.

Lie on your back, bend your knees, stretch your arms. In this position, raise and lower your hips.

Nowhere without a bar! Yes, the great possibilities of this exercise were probably slightly exaggerated, but as far as the press is concerned, this is ideal.
So you will not only tighten your stomach, but also make your arms embossed. If doing on outstretched legs is too difficult, try kneeling push-ups.
And this exercise helps to fight exactly with the sides! If it is difficult to keep your legs straight parallel, you can put one leg forward for balance.
