Women over 50 are considered grandmothers and behave accordingly. But not all. Meet our today's heroine - a woman of a blooming appearance who does not hesitate to show her body in a bikini in her sixties.
52-year-old Karen Cobb from British Rochester became a grandmother two years ago. But when she walks with her 27-year-old daughter and grandson, everyone thinks the sisters are walking the child.
Karen says that from a young age she has been eating right and playing sports. But only 2 years ago - in 2014 - she decided to train professionally and try her hand at bodybuilding. Now this toned woman with prominent muscles will not be able to call her “grandmother”.

“I thought to show myself in a single competition, but the competitive spirit is addictive,” admits Cobb. “I like this lifestyle, it’s a completely new existence for me.”
Karen is competing for the Best Outing in Bikini from Pure Elite Pro. And in the last of them she took 5th place among several dozen competitors - much younger than her!

“I’m 52, but I’m not ready to give up bikinis,” the woman says, and admits that in the sports community she is called “the godmother of girls in bikinis”. "I really am like a mother for these girls: I will always listen, give advice and help in any way I can."
By her example, Karen Cobb wants to show other women: you can be beautiful at any age. “Any grandmother can be like me - it's just a matter of discipline and perseverance,” she said.

“You don’t need to look back at anyone. You are you. You yourself are responsible for your life - only you decide how to look and how to live."
The woman gets up every day at 5 in the morning and does cardio exercises, after which she starts training. Her diet includes fish, chicken, rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, lots of vegetables and special protein shakes.
She has a young husband - he is 38 years old; they have a 15 year old son.
Cobb has 13 bikini contests in the UK. The first international competition in which she will compete will take place in October this year in Estonia.
