I am a rather fragile girl, everyone is surprised that I do weightlifting. And I never liked the port just for the many useless movements, cardio loads. But she always loved to achieve some big goals. Therefore, working with weight has become a gift of fate for me.
Of course, relatives dissuaded, they say, this is not a woman's business, you will not be able to have children. But when I began to take heavy weights before, these results did not allow me to stop, I was physically ill without sports.

I always knew how to train, but I didn't go to the gym regularly. Weighed 94 kilograms after giving birth and for about 5 years this weight did not go anywhere, I just poured a lot of money into gym membership.
But I have developed such a system. Go to the gym every day. No excuses. You can already be lazy in the hall. To do nothing. Drink some water and leave (I've had this twice). But to go to the hall. Just mechanically get up and go. And I developed a habit. At first I thought it was stupidity, there was no result. Then how the weight went down! A year later, I lost about 20 kilograms, one day I looked in the mirror and saw a young fit girl, to whom I said: "Hello!" As if I saw all this result for the first time.

I came to the pole to become more feminine, to learn to dance. I didn't expect how difficult it is. But I liked the dancing. I also went to the gym to pump up my arms. Only after two months I was able to do minimal tricks. Bruises, tears.
But after a year and a half I took part in the first competition, there were many fans and admiration. I have always loved to be in the spotlight and so I realized that this is my sport.
